Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to say thanks for making 2017 awesome. Thanks to your support we were able to make 2 new really fantastic puzzles and with over 600 puzzles sold to date. You can expect more new titles next year, (spoilers) watch till the end of this video if you want to get a peek at what's coming next!!
We also wanted to thank you for helping us launch the World of WoodChi holiday coloring collection with original art by Lloyd Ash Pyne a new venture for Playing Grounded. This little project reaped wonderful results and a lot of enthusiastic praise. We look forward to another fun filled campaign next year, so look for more on that.
Lara and I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and of course a wonderful New Year. See you in 2018!!

Just a quick update for those of you who have been on the fence about supporting the World of WoodChi Holiday Coloring Collection. We're happy to say we are $40 away from reaching our 3rd stretch goal Sakura Shrine Festival with just under 40 hours left in the campaign!!
We weren't looking for big money on this one, just looking to get our feet wet with something a little different than our puzzles that would be simple, fun, and of course willarrive before December 24th. We'll be shipping rewards pretty much after we lock down all the backers which should be sometime next week.
So with that here is the link to the campaign, even if you don't want to back it, sharing goes a long way and we do appreciate it : ) The funds collected from this campaign will be used to offset some of the costs involved in making the 1st World of WoodChi coloring book next year with plenty of secrets and surprises in the campaign.

Hello All!
Just a quick update that has nothing to do with puzzles, but first...keep those finished puzzle pix coming. We've been enjoying all of your posts and messages showing your finished puzzles! We're so glad you're taking time to enjoy them. We're still planning to do the framing tutorial.Things have been extremely busy here as I just launched a new Kickstarter - more on that in a sec - and we're preparing for a Christmas show at our local Expo Center in 2 weeks. So much to do, so little time!
Through this Kickstarter we are offering two different WoodChi coloring gift sets (or a Deluxe Set which includes both). Each set includes 4 different gift tags and a bookmark. Our goal is to raise money to produce a WoodChi coloring book in 2018. We've already surpassed our $300 pledge goal and unlocked our first stretch goal. We need to reach $500 to unlock our second stretch goal.
Like with our puzzle art, Lloyd's art is not your typical coloring book art. It's fun, it's whimsical and it's very unique. We're all about unique. I have always loved coloring, and it's a thrill to have the opportunity to color Lloyd's art, so this project is pretty special to me.
If you know of anyone who loves coloring or might like some neat gifts to give this year, please tell them to check out our Kickstarter. Thank you!
Don't worry, we're still serious puzzles! We'll be launching AT LEAST one Kickstarter next year for new titles. Stay tuned for more on that later.

What in the world is WoodChi?
A fair question that deserves a fair explanation. WoodChi can only be described as a conjuration flowing and teaming with life. Creator, artist and dreamweaver Lloyd Ash Pyne, has given us the esteemed privilege of being able to share with you the wealth of wonders that await in this microcosmic universe of his making.
A place where high spirits abound, you will find the wee folk that ride on the currents of wind and rolling seas, from mountain peaks and hillsides, to distant valleys and rugged plains, through marsh and moors. Down winding roads and forgotten paths that lead through wildful woods.
As part of our introduction to a wonderful, whimsical world, we've posted a brand spankin' new page, and we've got a few goodies in store with its debut!! The first one definitely worth addressing, Playing Grounded®Ltd., the parent company of Playing Grounded Puzzles, is introducing a World of WoodChi Coloring Series of merchandise as well as some super surprises for the future.

Set one will include 4 "Hearthsgiving Hoildays" gift tags and 1 bookmark, printed on heavy textured cardstock. This set coincides with our own Christmas/Yuletide holiday celebration.
Set two will include 4 "Celebration of the Seasons" gift tags and 1 bookmark. This set will commemorate 4 WoodChi seasonal celebrations, which also happen to coincide with some of our own. This set will also be printed on heavy textured cardstock.
Delivery by December 15th!!, plenty of time for your package preparations!

Correction to update #19

Hey Everyone,
Just a quick correction from our last update. When I said that we had concluded fulfillment and all but one backer received their puzzles, I was referring to our US backers. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
We are well aware that international shipping takes longer, and thus some of you who live outside of the US and Europe still have not received your puzzles. If you're still waiting and haven't gotten your tracking information, AND you backed for two or more puzzles, then let us know and we'll send you the information.
